Cezarina Trone
Cezarina is a
certified life coach, a wellness coach and visionary educator who had the
wonderful opportunity to explore firsthand deeper dimensions of the new
education consciousness. The experiences she initiated in an international
school in West Africa allowed many of her visions of a new paradigm in
education to sprout right before her eyes inside a magical K-1 classroom where
several of the magnificent children of the world became her teachers and guided
her journey of celebrating brilliant co-creation in education. She is currently
writing more about this direct experience of new conscious learning and
teaching practices. For three years Cezarina played with new ideas such as
modeling mindfulness for her students, even got certified to teach yoga for kids
and thus created unique yoga stories through movement each day, used dance,
poetry, gardening to connect herself and the children to their Greater Being, she
consistently practiced SEEING Magnificence
in everyone, allowing their voices to be heard, bringing in compassion and
clarity of communication, inner trust and observed lots of unlearning of old
ways of being a teacher.

What is Cezarina dreaming about her role in supporting the NEW EDUCATION?
1. Coaching/training educators, administrators, parents and other education visionaries
Topics for coaching (in groups, in person, on the phone, etc), workshops, retreats:
a) cultivating visionary thinking in children by acknowledging their magnificence,
assuming their genius, and listening to their brilliance (coaching parents, educators,
leaders how to do this)
b) leadership coaching for all ages (to lead = to serve in love) by supporting the innate
gifts and talents that inspire leadership
c) creative learning and inner alignment (bridging the brain and the heart) by knowing
that genius and intuition combined with the human desire to learn will provide a fail-
proof navigational direction ( providing some of my own tools - meditations, coaching
process, etc)
d) acknowledge the whole being
e) redefining the teacher roles in the classroom (children lead, children been seen also
as teachers to us guiding towards new understanding and freedom in education
f) administrators as agents of powerful change to embrace and nurture new visions for education (encourage playtime for administrators, doing workshops using the Wellness Inventory as a Tool for work/life balance, for example)
2. Wellbeing/Wellness Programs for the Classroom, for Teachers, for In-Service Days, Workshops, or Retreats (wellness coaching programs/retreats to transform stress into life balance and cultivate joy at all levels) here she will be using the WELLNESS INVENTORY Assessment from http://www.cezarinatrone.com/Services.html as a coaching tool.
