Hello, my name is Terry Damlos and I am a co-creator of New Education. After experiencing our public education system through raising four out-of-the-box children and teaching in the system for twenty years I decided to open my own school (www.opendoorscenter.org). I came to see that the children’s spirits were being extinguished in the current paradigm system. I wanted to do something to assist these wonderful beings. I listened to the children and created Open Doors Center.
My children, both biologically and in the classroom, have taught me amazing lessons…not always easy. However, I offer to share my story with those parents, organizations, and systems that wish to hear about an alternative way to walk with these magnificent children…a way to empower the children by empowering ourselves. I am a coach of parenting and educating "out-of-the-box" children.
Presently, I am part of Seeding the Future Now and am assisting a group in the Phoenix area to open another New Education program. My PASSION is creating a sacred environment for today’s children who have so much to teach us….an environment that nurtures and allows these children to be who they truly are.

Zahra Lightway is a co-creator of new educational paradigms and Seeding The Future NOW. She is passionate about empowering children and creating new paradigm educational models. As an educator and visionary, she worked in the traditional schools both public and private as a teacher of all ages from 2 to adult, and then as an International Baccalaureate Middle Years Coordinator. Subsequently she opened and ran a school, Light Way Schools, in Texas before moving to Durango, CO in late 2010.
Through her Texas-based company, Blue Star Training, she developed state certified training modules for teachers in creating rapport through classroom management and instructional practices . She has also created and lead classes in peaceful parenting in Texas and continues to do so in Durango, CO.
In 2004 she published two articles in Natural Awakenings Magazine, one on Indigo children and one on ADHD(Attention Dialed In To A Higher Dimension. She was a presenter in May 2008 at the Children Of The New Earth conference in Sacramento, CA where she talked about new models of education and KidPower™ - a sociocratic form of school governance involving adults and children in co-creative relationships. Then in 2009 she was interviewed on KPFT 90.1 with Anelle Williams.

Peter Tongue

Peter Tongue spent 30 years of his life teaching and administering in two of the leading independent schools in the Western world. This provided him with the opportunity to see and experience what did and did not work for the children of today. He spent the thirteen years as the Assistant Head and senior school Principal of St. Michaels University school in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, where he worked closely with a significant number of adolescent indigo and crystal children. Working closely with these gifted individuals led him to the realization that our current approach to educating these children is incredibly limiting and simply doesn't work. Their multidimensional awareness needs opportunities to be creatively expressed so that the full embodiment of who they are can be fully realized.
Peter has spent the last five years undergoing his own spiritual transformation; working with the dying and helping them in their transition, counseling one on one with people of all ages in need of help, and hosting his own radio show," Awakening to Conscious Co-creation." Sue Hall

Areas of Expertise: Dyslexia and Davis Reading MethodSue's training began experientially at school. By the age of 18, she remembers promising herself that she would never read another book as long as she lived. It was a solemn heartfelt promise that lasted many years! She worked as a secretary before changing direction to train as an integrative health therapist. Her son’s learning challenges were obvious by the age of 8; but she didn’t discover her own dyslexia until she trained as a Davis Dyslexia Correction Facilitator with Ron Davis in the UK, nearer 48 years old ! She emigrated to Canada in 1998 and is one of over 400 Davis Facilitators worldwide.
For the past 12 years, Sue has felt very privileged to be working with dyslexic children and adults, sharing in their ‘aha’ moments and watching them overcome their challenges. She is totally dedicated to this approach, knowing it addresses the cause of the challenges and allows the talents to flourish. Sue has presented numerous information sessions, Professional Development Day presentations, and appeared on Breakfast TV and CKN Radio.
In 2003 she founded 'The Whole Dyslexic Society' to improve Outreach, fund bursaries, prevent the challenges from arising and sustain a community of like-minded individuals. She is constantly reminded of the fact that all children can learn, some just don’t learn the way they are taught.
Judy Guadalupe

support for parents, teachers and children through written soul readings,
energy management, visualization and meditation techniques for the
old souls in small bodies and their parents and teachers. Judy
offers remote or in-person sessions for individuals and families
utilizing her gift of light language and energy play to support self
healing, and full divine expression. As a teacher of the heart
chakra, Judy supports the access and maintenance of a harmonized
light body (merkebah) within the Unified Field of Love in which we all
exist.
